The double side vented, end-closed irrigation needle tips feature two side vents for the irrigation of the root canal area. This special design of the needle tip reduces the risk of dental tissue damage and allows the full length of the root canal to be irrigated safely. The thin-wall design maximizes inner diameter to improve the flow rates without compromising the irrigating needle tube’s strength. These Endo irrigation needle tubes are mostly manufactured by medical-grade stainless steel 304 raw material as this material has good durability and formability, and excellent corrosion resistance. All irrigation needle tubes sizes are complied with ISO9626 international standard and have tight dimensional tolerance. The typical sizes are 23G, 25G, 27G and 30G for irrigating needle tubes. • Wall Thickness: ~0.06 mm - 0.07 mm (Thin wall maximize the flow rate when irrigating).
• Common lengths: 25mm (1”), 30mm, and 31mm. Longer length(e.g., 32mm, 33mm) are available for posterior teeth.

Size Tolerance (as per ISO 9626):
